ABOUT NYCCI The Navy Yacht Club Channel Islands (NYCCI) has evolved from the CBC Sailing Club first chartered in 1968. From 1976 to 1997 we were known as the Channel Islands Naval Yacht Club. Then in 1998 we became the Navy Yacht Club Channel Islands. We are a branch of the United States Naval Sailing Association (USNSA) with headquarters at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. The
purpose of the USNSA and other affiliate branches around the world is to assist
the United States Navy in organizing and maintaining a training and recreational
sailing program. As such we form
the largest yacht club in the world with nearly unlimited reciprocal privileges
in ports around the world. NYCCI is
cosponsored by the Naval Construction Battalion Center Port Hueneme and the
Naval Air Weapons Station Point Mugu. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) How
